We identify land at strategic locations and directly engage landowners and local communities. We are highly experienced in negotiating mutually-beneficial long-term land lease agreements with private landowners, community property associations (CPAs), municipalities, and traditional authorities.

We conduct grid capacity checks and grid studies in-house. We have advanced experience in grid connection; including the Cost Estimate Letter (CEL), IGCAR and Budget Quote (BQ) processes.

Our team of in-house design engineers develop conceptual designs, energy resource asssessments, plant layouts, single-line diagrams, energy yield studies, preliminary CAPEX, OPEX and LCOE calculations. Our technical team has taken several projects from prefeasibility to full bankable feasibility.

Sustainability is at the core of our projects. We work with external environmental assessment practioners (EAPs) to conduct extensive scoping & environmental impact assessments (S&EIA) to identify and mitigate potential effects on local ecosystems. Our commitment to responsible development ensures that we protect the environment while generating clean energy.

We manage the acquisition of electromagnetic interference (EMI) consents from telecommunications companies and relevant statutory authorities, water use licenses (WUL), DMRE Section 53, Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) studies and other authorisations required for shovel-readiness.
